Yeah the blue is a dead give away for a German car. Seriously, it looks like some sort of French special, maybe a DB or Panhard of sorts.

The front of the car remins me of one of the early Mercedes-Benz silver arrows racers, but as Wouter says the color hints towards a French car, maybe a Gordini?

Looks like a late 30's Auto union

yeah I agree with Wouther , the car was parked near three Amilcars and this blue was very popular in the past in france

a toughie, it definitely is a French special, but I am wondering whether it is RWD or not. It is certainly not a Monomille with a different body, as the engine is clearly sitting behind the front axle, but may be they put the drive train around to improve the rather typical road holding of the Monomille.

Could it be a garage special?

I think its either a Bugatti or a Lorraine-Dietrich. Definitely French.

It's neither.
Why not?

Wouter Melissen

Why not? Because the pictured car is clearly a product of the 1950s. This is long after Lorraine & Diettrich ceased production and Bugatti produced less than 10 cars after the War.

maybe an Amilcar ...I will try to know whether it's a RWD or not

maybe an Amilcar ...I will try to know whether it's a RWD or not No no, Amilcar went out of business before this car was built as well.

So, maybe a Talbo , a car made before the Lago

hmm, a hard one. The rough state of the bodyqork makes me think it may have been rebodied during it's racing career and there is a hint of VERITAS in the lines. COudl it be a race-damaged-repaired-locally one ??

For what it's worth, it looks like it may be a kitbashed homebuilt "special" to me. I agree that it looks French.

the pic is name Le Calibre... if that helps
It seems auto union- and blue so it must be a private french version.
