UCR is not included in this competition, because he did too much editing of his picture.The only editing allowed is resizing/cropping and lighten or darkening the pic.After sending him a PM to edit his picture to his original pic, he did not reply,nor edited his post.therefor i excluded him for this week.The picture also wasn’t attached,which it should be.
