The not posting links to third party image galleries rule is really hard to grasp for you eh.

all you have to do is press "manage attachments" then pick 4 pics and upload them. Then repeat again.

Posting samples is a condition for being allowed to post a link to a third party gallery. It is not the same thing.

Give me one good reason why you did not upload this image using the attachment system?

You gotta be kidding me, or have I overestimated your intellect?

I scrutenized your latest thread and found nothing wrong with it. Yours had quite a nice preview of what was available in the gallery, which is perfectly fine in my book. The thread that was first deleted and later edited is of quite a different nature; it consisted only of a link, which in my book is advertising or spam.

OK, Wouter, isnt it ok for him to post links to other galleries, as long as he posts a few example pictures in the thread? And, these dont need to be done using the attatchment system do they?

He can post them inline, as long as they are not over the 800 pixel width limit. Also this is not the first time that he has been down this road, and everybody else seems to understand just fine. The only reason I did not delete this immediately is because it's a link to Drew's site.

exactly, jason, rule is:

post a few 800 by 600 or smaller samples and you can link to your gallery, no more arguing.

OK are you going to remove those pictures, or do I need to do it? The rule is 800 pixels width max. If you want to post larger images use the attachment system. These are the rules, they are not going to change.

no, you were banned the first time because u were told not to upload via imageshack, and then u did it again just for spite.

That's a lot better, thanks. Now if you post around eight of them every time you post a link, we will not have to have this discussion again.
