Please Help!

Ok so the pc is playing up and i haventa cue what it is.

Yesterday i went out and bought GTA San An for the PC and when i tried to install it i keep getting ERRORZ!

here is a screen shot of the error that keeps comng up, can someone please help me in finding whats wrong.

What video card you got and drivers ?
DirectX version ??
I remember this being an issue with some nVidia unified driver release way back. IIRC it took concerted effort to remove ALL drivers and re-install before proceeding :(
Can't guarantee the same with GTA:SA, but did it ask or say it was updating the vid driver or DirectX ?

it says i can install Direct X 9, but im pretty sure i have that already, lemme go check
