Well I'm 14 (hence 'Junior Member' I guess :p) and have school 5 days a week, and we're currently choosing our GCSE subjects. Annual exams currently on the rampage too . My dream career path is as a car designer, although I'm most likely start out as an apprentice mechanic.

I live in Stanley (near the Beamish Open Air Museum, you mighta heard of that) near Durham, UK. I would say it's a nice area but it's under rather a lot of snow so I'm not entirely sure...

i'm still in school, I like star trek, cars chess and other Sci Fi, I also like sports, my favorite is hockey. when i was 11 (in 1999) my family moved to Indianapolis and lived there for four years, then we moved back to Calgary which is where we lived before. I signed up to the UCP forums when I was staying at my grandparents house on my way back to Calgary from Indy, so if you look at my sign up date you'll see when i moved back to Canada. I am about to get my learners license, and i want to get a job to buy a car, I hope I don't inherit the family clunker.

I'm 21, live in Melbourne, Vic, Australia.

I work full time as a Manager in a Drive Through Bottle-shop, so I get to see all sorts of cars, best i've seen drive through so far was a Ferrari 355 Challenge, sooo nice :p

I dont post up too often as I really only have time to read some posts and my e-mail.

I currently drive an N15 S2 Nissan Pulsar SSS, but I'll be buying an S2000 towards the end of the year.

My 2 cents

Ciao

Kid, stay with car design. You'll make more money.

I'm 19 going on 20 and a student at ITT Tech. studing the Computer and Electronics Engineering and Technology degree. I work at a Ford Dealership, which I hate because all I'm doing is oil changes, tire rotations, and state inspections. I'm doing state inspections because my stupid ass decided that my first life plan was that I wanted to try to be an automechanic before going into auto design and the Automotive Technology class I was in at high school was the guenie pig class for teaching State Inspections. I'm class A, so I can inspect and reject anything from semis to trailers to motorcycles to cars. I can't say that I won't inspect something because I don't know how to work on it. I have no choice but to inspect it unless it is a semi, no tools or lifts that can pick it up at my dealership. You also usually get bitched at for rejecting a car with breaks that were JUST over the limit than passing the car with a screwed up tire. Customers also don't seem to understand that anything mechanical will wear and break over time. And, yes, you can be rejected for having worn out wiper blades, but not for having a continus crack (no splits or start chips coming from it) across the windshield. However, if my dealership gets President's Award, we can sell a GT. I AM going to be the first to drive it! MUWAHAHAHAHAA!!

40, nearly 41, bummer. Married, boy 7, girl 11. Printing sales rep. Interst in music, guitar, camping, fishing , Aussie rules footy, cars (duh), socialising. Currently renovating my back yard, bummer. New shed, pergola paving , too much hard work. Drive Commodore VY SV8 (sweet) and 80 Series Landcruiser ( fun but in a different way). Went to the Big Day Out last Friday (music festival for young people but I have diverse musical tastes). Great day. Got hammered. Time to act my age.

Whats the chance of someone laying down a rythm track as a WAV, sending a CD to the next person and so on to add their bits. We would all need something like Sonar to mix it. Could be a world first.

im 15 turning 16, stuck doing my school certificate year at school (yr10). im too lazy to go out and get a job, probably cause i dont wanna get stuck working at mcdonalds or pizza hut, somewhere like that. and cause i'd rather spend my time talking to my ex girlfriend on MSN.

the job i wanna get when im onlder and gone to UNI and all that crap would be something like an automotive engineer. i wanna be one of the blokes responsible for tuning up engines for either ford or holden or just say coming up with kits for places like APS and CAPA. my science coordinator at school when i was in yr 8 thought i was gunna become some nuclear physicist or something though, im like the class brainiac
