I'm so upset I didn't get to visit Laguna Seca when I was in Monterey last month. Drove right past it.

It's been debated whether it's teh GT or the GT1. It's GT. I've seen the chassis plate.
Ferrari 250 GT Tour de France
Only one picture somehow, even though I consider it to be the most beautiful of the 250 series.

I'm pretty certain the Lotus is a 23, BUT the rear lights arent' how I remember them. Was this an origianl or had it been raced/modified ? It' spossibel the rear was rebuilt usign other light fittings.

it is a 19, the 23 looks much more flat, unless somebody comes along and reports that it is a 2-seater version of the Cooper Bobtail :D

The 19's nose didnt' project beyond the front as much as that ?
But you're right the 23 was a much flatter rear deck :(
So I probably swicg BACK to the 19, BUT that nose hmmmmmmmm
damn gonna have to go dig for the Lotus book :)

These are 19s

I'm even more convinced it's a local modified bodywork "in the style of" Lotus after an accident in it's previous existence :D But much more of the 19 than the 23 :)

Matt, do you have a pic of the mystery "Lotus" where we can see the badge. I think it is no Lotus after all, it might be an American special, don't you have last year's program?
