My friend's been bugging me about his internet for a while and I just got Firefox for him to work, but.. he can't see any flash videos/games/etc. Anyone have any solutions?

I checked some of his settings, checked adblock, made him d/l Macromedia Flash player, Macromedia Shockwave, ActiveX... and that's about it.

when u get to a flash / quicktime / any other graphic thingy
in firefox u should see a green little thing that says 'plug-in'
click on it and download the plugin and it should work...

if u dont see it, dont know why.... maybe uninstall / reinstall

Hmm, I'll tell him that. Haven't seen the problem from myself so I'm trying to figure it out through messenger.

EDIT: didn't work.

he needs to download the plugins. Go to each website and download them.

I'm quite sure he has them all, I asked him about the plug-in inside the flash window but he said there was nothing there. He d/l'ed and installed Macromedia Flash Player, Macromedia Shockwave Player, and ActiveX Control.
