I heard in a documentry about body builders like that guy, that they look strong but they're actually quite weak because of the strain their body is put under.

Doubt it, google Ronnie Coleman. I've seen pictures of him squatting like 800 lbs and bench pressing way over 500 lbs.

Many bidders have expressed dismay about the last three pictures or so with the half naked man in it, my apologies, I did not think about it when I posted those, they are just pics of a budy of mine for his body building show.
