This has been sold over the wrc.com site for a couple of years now.
They often use the virtual spectator feeds in the results shows when they do comaprisons. Iv'e seen a version of this on yacht racing when mate was with EDS and it was impressive.

BUT goign back to that site option I see that it doesnt' look as if the users gets all the access to virtual specatator they once used to :( At launch you could watch any car, any stage, near real-time. They dont' seem to be makign much of a sell on that anymore so it may be less available. In the link above there's an example of it for those who dont' get Eurosport WRC coverage :)
