Been wanting to upgrade for a while, I bought a Canon S100 Digital Elph 2.1mp in 2000 and it has served me well....but I wanted more versatility and man does the S2 have a lot of cool features for the money.

I wanted to make sure I had it in time to get used to it before next months Petit Le Mans!

Check this beauty out:

I got that when it came out, it's been AWESOME. So many things that you can change around and so many effects, just plain AWESOME. Without flash I've been able to take about 500 pictures, and about 5 mintues of movie and upload them on a set of regular duracelss. What size card did you get? I've filled up my 1gb card a few times so far.

Coolness! I got a 512 high speed SD but I'm watching for a sale on the 1 giggers. Canon supplies you with a 16mb card.

Yeah, they are real comedians when it comes to memory cards... I got a nice collection of tiny capacity cards from my mum's and my cameras!

Now we don't have to worry about the camera convincing us of some false camber on your models now, right? ;)

Hopefully! It'll fix that unless I'm terribly wrong.
