Why do you like Vipers so much? They're primitive, not that good looking, the V10 in the new one is horrible.

The NSX is still beautiful over a decade after it was launched. The chassis was approved by Ayrton Senna. Honda really know how to make an amazing engine.

I personally find it an amazing car, which if looked from a real racer's point of view is not overpriced at all rather completely underrated. It can stick to the big guys on twisty tracks and only needs engine mods to fly down the straights. Mid-engined, RWD, light-weighted, hand assembled and kicking ass since 1990... That's pretty much why :)

This project is excellent (without looking at the bill) and thought it would be worth a thread.

Well as usual i tend to agree they look mean and aggressive. Their engine may suck, but they are still dam fast. The nsx seems a bit slow to pay 80000 dollars for.

The nsx seems a bit slow to pay 80000 dollars for. whats wrong with the engine? just becasue it dosen't have tons of horsepower dosen't mean its a bad engine. the car is still fast due to its light weight and can keep up with any car in the twistys (if not humiliate them)

If that's the way you analize it then an Enzo is slow as well as you end up paying more $$ for every HP, even more than what you pay on an NSX.

The NSX is hand assembled, and there's pretty much no other road car that can match it for the price when considering reliability, power, handling, and overall quality... Plus they have a Luxurious / Sporty interior.

Nsxs are sick, but the new z06 seems to be my best bet even over any viper. It's less expensive, faster, and supposable handles quite well.

i love the nsx, and this is a spectacular project, but ive always dislike white rims, they just look too cheap to me(but im almost positive they cant be cheap on this car)

I agree... Not the best looking rims for a Red car, but since it is an NSX-R project he eventually used NSX-R rims :)

They look quite good white on white:

NSX would destroy a Viper round a twisty tack. Very nice NSX, but I would go with a different colour of rims with the red colour, if it was white it'd be ok but yeah..

its faster then a base 911 in a strait line
faster then ne 911 less gt3 or turbo round a track
