This is from a "Celebrity Almanac" book I own.
The author does give a warning that some heights are exaggerated and I agree. For instance, Michael Jackson is listed as 6' 2", he looks more like about 5' 10".

he is....well, nobody really knows. He wears elevator shoes to appear 6'2". He's really around 5'10"
