in the first video the leafblowe actually does the job of a supercharger/turbo.compress the air and letting it enter into the combustion chamber more quicker/better.same principle, just an uncommon method :)

Actually I would have thought it would replicate the induction of air created at high speeds rather than a form of 'charger.

No, it's definitely more like a turbo/supercharging. The intake system and air filter usually draw from a place like the wheel well and by the time it actually gets into the engine, there's really no difference made from forward car velocity. I've heard reports that even true "ram-air" systems make almost no difference at all unless the car is moving at an extremely high rate of speed.
