I go to a fair few gigs so i figure i may as well start putting up some reviews. First up is the Shihad and Cog Homeland Security Tour, at the ANU Bar, Canberra, Australia on Thursday the 1st of september.

To sum up the show in one word: spec-****ing-tacular. Both these bands rock harder than anyone around today, and tonight was no different. Cog kicked off the show, with an amazing light show backing up their incredible music. They are currently touring their new debut LP, and played a few songs off it and few off their EPs. The crowd was loving ever minute of it and went off at the end when they played their awesome new track "My Enemy" - recommend. Shihad, NZ's finest, rocked out like you wouldn't believe, with Johnny Toogood going nuts up front. They blasted out a few of their newies off their new long player "Love is the new Hate" plus a few oldies like Run and Comfort Me.
All up , \mm/, to much rock for one hand.
