The new mitsubishi evo 9 is exactly the same as the evo 8 all mitsubishi have done is change the eight to a nine. That sucks!!!!! :mad:

its called 9 not 8 for a reason. Looks arent everything. Sure its kept looking nearly the same with a few extra mods, but its still a new, updated animal underneath. Otherwise, why release it. Go check out the writeup on the car, n see for yourselves that the 9 is a step up from the 8, in many many ways. Why complain about making a superb car even better? Even if not looks wise.

Isn't there some Japanese law that a manufacturer can only do a certain design scheme for a model until a change has to happen?
I've heard of Mitsubishi following that "thing" for a few years.

Mitsu is preparing a REVOLUTION for the X.
EDIT: and by the way, why is this thread in the racing forum? maybe a mod can move it to Jap cars.
