i just googled "fastest hydrogen car"

its not a fuel cell though but uses hydrogen for combusion, butt ugly as well

I imagine that the fastest would be one from the Hydrogen Car Company's partnership with Shelby. They haven't converted a Series-1 yet, but they have a fully operational Cobra.
