It's an embedded QuickTime.
So once it is fully loaded the QuickTime Player should offer the option to save as QuitTime Movie. Wait till it's loaded ( ie plkayed once through to the end ) and then right click on the video it and chose the save option.

Have raced on that course some times.. Funny and a good challenge :)
It`s a good drifting course to.

EDIT: Found some info on the car to. This guy on the vid is the second owner of the car, the first was a guy called Path Duran (UK). It`s an original RS 500 build at Ford Motorsport Divison. actually the only original RS 500 in Norway at this time :) Some specs (http://www.aaserud-racing.com/) here. go on the menu, under the word "BILEN". if you want of course :)
And its for sale Mustang :D 300.000 NOK (25.000£) with all spares :D
