Thats the Isdera 112i Commendatore, also known as the C112i Mercedes-Benz prototype.
Its not by any means the most expensive car in the world but it is pretty rare (infact, IIRC its an one-off).
Anyways, the most important thing about that link are the pictures! (although they're only 800x600 :()

There are 3 of them in the world, and they are all spoken for. The last one that was sold was Nicholas Cage's car (I believe) but I don't know how much it went for. VW has a nice replica as well.

yeah im guessing its a bogus ad...the guy has zero feedback and doesnt know what he's talking about

"This car has what no other car in world has: an automatically lifting airbrake (wind brake) just like planes when landing. The airbrake is situated in the back of the car (see pictures) and works when stepping on the brake."
hmm...i suppose he's never heard of the SLR? ;)

Classic & Sportscar, or some equivalent mag, made a list about two years ago.

They put the Mille-winning merc 300 SLR at the top with $20 million. Don't quite know if I agree.

In order:

1) The first Rolls Royce Silver Ghost (~$25 million USD)
2) Ettores personal Bugatti Type 41 Royale (~$20 million USD)
3) Mille-winning Merc 300 SLR (~$15 million USD)

This Isdera is so far from the aforementioned cars.

and probably a couple of Ferraris (GTO/P4) still much more valuable too.
