• The proposed picture must be your own and not found on the net.
• Only the photographs taken since the start of the year *comp 50 temporary rules* are accepted.
• Only one photograph per person and weekly contest allowed; you may not change your photograph once it has been entered.
• There are 12 days to submit your photograph, a poll will be created after 12 days for people to vote on.
• Your image must be a resolution of 800x600 or lower. If it is not, your picture will not be in the voting thread.
• Each photographer cannot vote for himself, they must vote for the others.
• Any users who enter and vote for themselves automatically recieve a 2 week penalty from the competition and all votes previously given to his/her photo are removed.
• The picture should be submitted with following information in the same order: the name of the car, where it was taken or at what event, the date, and the type of camera.

I don't know if anyone realizes this but I am the only one who has won the comp 3 times with the same car. And I might be the only memeber who's winning pic was actually owned by them.

So what does this mean for the 50th? It means I will pick the best Camaro shot I have and try to win!:D :)

No, it is a Panther with a Jag at the grille :D As far as I know Panther used Jaguar engines, right? Anyway, this was definitive a Panther J72, modelyear 1981

I have an idea. Since this is the monumental 50th anniversary Photo Comp, why don't we extend it to 2 weeks, and allow larger image sizes.

This will give more time for people to get the best photo in, as well as making it a little more challeneging. Those who already submitted a pic can either keep or change there pic if we would do this.

I'm all for it, ANYONE else???

larger pics can't be allowed because for voting pictures are posted in the message and not in attachement, and the max size is 800x600

The two weeks sounds like a good idea, cause that would cover week 52, which would be a year of the photocomp :)

Focus' have triangular headlamps. The Focus replaced the Escort. I just don't think you in the UK got this crap version.

I had not realised that pictures of the whole year are eligable. Therefore I have deleted the two posted earlier this week and replaced it by Jose Albuquerque's glorious Ferrari 275GTB storming up towards les Chalest d'Irati in the French Pyrenees at this year's Tour Auto. At the same two cyclists came racing down the 12% slope.
