So? Sometimes that's all it takes... right place right time. Camera is not the best either, and the person thinks too high of himself. But the picture is excellent.:) Boat gives final touch to the picture.

I apologize for that. I didnt see that part. Please just minus one vote from my total. This is my first competition and was unaware of the rules fully. I am on another sportbike forum which has photo contests, and you are allowed to vote for yourself once, but if caught making fake accounts and voting again for yourself, then you are banned. Please take this into consideration.

If you're not a mod, it's impossible. If you enter a competition, you have to follow the rules or be prepared to face the consequences. I admit, it may be a bit harsh, but when you enter a comp you are subject to the rules.

Thats what Im asking the mods to do for me. Since this is my first competition, I feel I deserve a bit of a break. I actually thought of that before voting, but I didnt see anything posted in this thread that said I wasnt able to vote for myself, so I did. You certainly are not the first that has to face the consequences. When i still made this competition, i was always a bit strict. If I allow one person to do something, then next week 3 people ask me(in this case rik) to do the same. Rules are rules. All the rules are posted in the thread in which you can enter your picture.Remember them, or reread them.

Compare this to BAR's punishment for having their car against fia-specification, they mightve chosen differently if they could go back but mistake or no mistake its against the rules and the rules decide the consequences.

It's my duty to enforce the rules of the competition, if i didnt follow my own rules then nobody would take them seriously. I also think its a bit arrogant to vote for yourself, but maybe thats just me. Like i said we can wait until monday to see the final votes but until then I still think i should stick to the rules.
