Glenn Seton powering across Mount Panorama on Thursday October 10, 2003 in the CAT FPR Falcon this is a pic taken at bathurst with seton at the wheel of the CAT FPR entry of Glenn Seton and Craig Lowndes they came 2nd in 03
David Besnard pits Eastern Creek unltimate round 2003 davids last drive with FPV Yesd sadly true But hes now part of the wayne pattern shakesbere team as the experianced driver and not the 3rd of FPR
And Marcos Ambrose in 03 at The australian f1 Grand Prix race he went on to win the titel for ford that year :)
And oddity Leyland p76 most noted for its all alloy v8 engine, good performance for the time and horrible build quality...the car was a true flop...you could also put a 44 gallon drum in the boot and still close it :)

Nice pics. That Ford with the round Integra/RSX-like headlights, I assume that's a Falcon?

Doesn't seem fair that Ford sells a sweet car like that down under and not here in the U.S....it's our company, dammit! :D

The Japanese companies save their sweetest stuff for the home market, and Ford cheats us. Well at least we're getting the Monaro a.k.a. Pontiac GTO.

Now heading into the 90s we have the EA GT Concept looks likea normal EA (because it is) but is loaded with a 351 windsor producing 227 kw and has a nice set of simmonds mags and a stump pulling amount of torque
And the rest of the pics are the 92 EB GT which did make it to production...while with the smaller 302 windsor and only 200 kw the cars where still nice and remain very collectable today...

Welcome back to the 70s with the XB falcon 75-77 my brother personally owned a genuine XB GT much like the coupe pictured though much rougher...
also notice the surferoo pannel van pannel vans where the craze of the 70s with every young bloke wanting to own one...the ford where no where near as popular despite the fact they came with a matress and a fridge compared to the holden sandmans nothing.....priceing is more then likly what killed it...also for something diffrent i also pictured a nitrous sucking 4 door XB :)

A black XP falcon...still american based but heavily revised to survive the australian conditions...these cars are famous for surviving the 24 hour drive around the ford You Yang testing grounds averaging 60mph the entier way....every car finished though 2 rolled during their 24 hours of driveing
The XA GTHO phase 4 that was supposed to be of 72....incredable car but a media scare of 160 mph super cars made the goverment freak out and make open threats to ford, holden and chrysler to stop makeing cars capeabul of these speeds....
XW GT same model as my fathers though his is red...so it goes faster :p
And given the popularity of the race cars heres allan moffats EB V8 super car driven by charlie O'brian and andrew miedeckie in its first year...it saw a long service with many people driveing it...sadly non of the them allan moffat who had fully retierd by then :(
