The Grand Prix Manufacturer's Association (the group of F1 manufacturers formed in the wake of the GPWC breakaway rival series) has officially launched its website. It is basically an online manifesto stating the groups wishes, values and intentions. It's the first real tangible sign that the group/series might actually come to some sort of fruition. Previously it had all just been mutinous rumours (coughPaul Stoddartcough) and cheap column inches for motor-racing hacks.

"The GPMA plans to achieve its objectives through constructive dialogues with the commercial rights holder and the governing body of Formula One."

Not quite as blunt an attack on F1 than it was touted to be by some :)

It's FOCA of old. I bet Bernie's wishing he hand't destroyed it so many years ago, this group will possibly fight a little tougher :D
