Do a series on the Transco Tower. There's a nice fountain near there too. How about slight time lapse of skaters in the Galleria. The rain forest exhibit-thing near Galveston. The lakes in the First Colony areas, ducks, reflections,...

1)you know too much about my city :p
2)the name changed to something else, but its not still the transco tower, but thats a good idea, at night maybe?

What do you men, flat, boring Houston? There's plenty to do! It's one of the largest cities nd the country, and has a pretty hefty downtown. I really hate it when people who live in these wonderful places keep railing their hometowns without relizing how much there is to offer.

I've heard that the houston car scene is quite good.. go take some pictures of the cars. Remember to ask for permision first; you don't want your camera smashed by someone.

Go to the Hard Rock Cafe and get some shots of the historic guitars they've got inside. I went there on the way back from Nicaragua :)

no, my hotel was right next to it though, thats just some office building as far as i know, or maybe thats what they want yo uto think ;)

just take pictures of weird stuff
i've got loads of fun and some OK looking pictures by just taking pictures of boring everyday things? get up close to water and lasers and stuff. also try using a slow shutterspeed and getting a blur its pretty cool. then try to make it look like your camera's on drugs buy taking pictures with so many things in and out of focus in your shot. the results can be interesting....
