You'll need to resize your pic I'm afraid. The limit is 800x600 for this comp.

Nice pic though! :)

its a shame that there is so little in this photo actually in focus, if there were more of the flowers detail then it would be quite a nice photo.

What kind of lens did you use Lani Kai, really nice bokeh and very shallow DOF...

I used the Sigma 50mm f/2.8 EX DG Macro. I shot it at wide open aperture, hence the very shallow DOF. I'm really pleased with the bokeh produced by this lens, and everything that IS in focus is tack sharp... And it doesn't break the bank either.

I am tempted to get a macro lens as right now that is definitely lacking in my bag....DG, is that for the digital SLR only lens?

No, the DG designation for Sigma lenses means that the coating is optimized for DSLRs to reduce ghosting that results from light being reflected from the sensor. It will work on both digital and film cameras. On the other hand, all Sigma lenses with a "DC" designation are made specifically for digital cameras with APS-C size sensors (namely, those cameras with a 1.5x or 1.6x focal length multiplication factor that results from the sensor being smaller than 35mm film)
