Saw this in the flesh and it was one of the most beautiful modern cars I had ever seen. Also my grandad was lucky enough to see one of the latest development cars at a place called Brightling near me, a few weeks before Jaguar axed the project.

Wow when was that built? Any chance of production?
Its awesome! Reminds me of the Alfa Romeo 8C Spider concept. I loved that as well.
In fact they bare a striking resemblance....?

It was planned for production a while ago, sadly, due to ford's cost-cutting measures, it was axed to fund other projects, and remains a tantalizing what-might-have-been.......

As a memory, I have an issue of Autocar which gushes about the new ebauttiful jaguar sportscar, and how it was going to certainly go into production.

yea jag decided to develop first in their history diesel engine instead of making that car
now i see that the front is kinda similar to XJ220 don't you think?
