LOL... he was that desperate to drive! That's crazy! I wouldn't do that but I had thoughts about that... :D His parents should enroll him in some go cart races to quench his thirst :D. The only thing that stopped me was my dad threatening me from EVER allowing me a license if I did go for a joyride. That really motivated me ...

wow i don't know about the law in other places in the world but in Canada you can't get charged with any offence if ur under the age of twelve, so he's basically free to do it here all he likes if his parents can afford the insurance when the company finds out..lol i say good stuff

Nine years too early for the licence test, the boy was charged with driving without a licence and eluding police. He faces a hearing later this week in juvenile court
