I know theres a few camera fans on UCP, thought Id share my excitement at my new arrival, the Fuji Z2! It replaces my F455. Theyve got pretty much the same stats (5.1Mp, similar zoom etc) but this has the internalised lens, so nothing protudes. It looks very very smooth, got mine in black (obviously!).

One cool function Ive just found is rapid fire pictures, just hold onto the shoot button and itll take 40 pictures one after the other. The less you move it between shots, the quicker itll be too.

Hopefully it'll be capturing lots of memories for me!

erm...

takes high def video in 640x480
has ISO rating 64-1600 so its supposed to be really good in the dark
the screen is huge 2.5"

has the typically good functionality of a Fuji, really simple and easy to use

ISO 64! Damn! mine only goes down to 100 or 200 (can't remember), but then it does go up to 3200. Be careful only relying on ISO to get better low light results, increasing the ISO gives a grainier image. I have a FujiFilm FinePix S3500, its never given me any dramas, enjoy!

Yeh, so Ive heard. But I doubt Im ever manually going to change it, leave it on Auto. But will help to catch a decent image in those dark studenty places!!!
