does anyone know why porsche is using the 3.6 liter instead of the 3.8 for the new 911 turbo and gt3? am i missing something?

Nope, the S models have a 3.8 litre e.g. Carrera S.

that makes sense. not in the GT3. but we still dunno about a Turbo S using a 3.8. imagine that.
