does anyone own or have played GT Legends
my friend brought it not too long ago but unfortunatly his PC doesn't have good enough spec to run this awesome game.
i have looked at trailers and reviews and it looks as if it is one of the best driving games for PC.
if anyone has any information about this game please post a reply.

It's very good.
The uptake of GTR however has overtaken it here at UCP for most folks I think :D

It's best to use the SEARCH option as it woudl have turned up http://www.ultimatecarpage.com/forum/showthread.php?t=20774&highlight=legends amongst a few others.

It's the brother game to GTR.

Nuclear Crap has it for sure and prolly Matra.

and thank you to Dino Scuderia for the ppl that might own it.
I want to get it but the spec you need is quite silly (unless your rich)

no, you dont need to be super rich to have a pc that can run it, you just need to know what bits to get when building (ie, buy quite a few dells and they come without graphocs cards, even though it has an amazing processor youll be hard pushed to get GTL working on that!

GTL a lot of fun, nothing quite like sliding a Lotus Elan around a corner....:D

the MIN spec is 1.3GHz processor, 512Mb RAM and 64Mb video.

That is pretty demanding, and I don't think it will run very well.

It will. :)

Great game, I have to say.

The 914 is a blast in this game.

Of course it will run "well".

It won't run "pretty" tho' :D

yes, that minimum.
to run it nice and smooth without stopping you need; 2Ghz processor, 1024Mb RAM, 256Mb graphics card.

don't run in DX9 mode then it's no more demending than the old EA F1 games....

That's odd coz it ran OK on my old laptop and it dones' even MEET those specs.
You DO have to get realistic on making sure everything is set to minimum.
That's what MINIMUM spec means :D

Of course to find the min details and res acceptable you have to have been brought up on Geoff Crammonds GP series :)

2.8GHz, 512MB Ram, 128MB ATI 9600XT.

Runs "nice and smooth", apart from Nurburgring GP, but I suspect that is largely due to the huge ammount of "off track" detail they put in, like the service roads leading away from the circuit (which you can't see unless you go "exploring")...

Anyone else got the Nordschleife?

Are all the add-on tracks smooth (ie no bumps on the road)?

I did a 16 cars race at Imola the other day in DX9 mode at 1152 x something, it ran quite well with no real slowdown and whatnot. Looking at AI's Corvette smoking the tire exiting corners is kinda fun....

Spec, 2.4 Ghz P4, 1GB RAM(PC-800), 128MB Geforce 6600 GT...

My PC aren't fast by today's standard anymore, but most racing game runs on ISI's engine is not taxing it too much....haven't been brave enough to try the hi-res texture though....:D
