I did some Judo when I was in my early teens, some Tae Kwon Do and boxing later on, and I 've learned a little Wado Ryu/Wado Kai/Kempo Karate and Jiu Jitsu along the way.

I have all 3 of my kids taking Jiu Jitsu now, they're having fun and its already showing an improvement in attitude and their self-confidence.

decendant of samurai martial arts. it focuses on COB manourvers, using your opponents energy against themselves.

it is just as much a relaxation technique as it is a martial art. it uses your head, soul and body and fuses into one continous stream of balanced movements in your head and body.

hmm, Muay-thai boxing, tae kwon do, black dragon kung fu and a bit of capoeira for a while. Also did Judo when I was about 9/10 but that wasn't for very long.

Vaigra, thank you, I forgot to type the year in which Dirty Harry was released. Dirty Harry and all of the Bruce Lee movies are great classic action movies even though Bruce Lee movies should be called martial arts movies instead of action movies.

...back to the subject, ITF Taekwon-do here... If I had more spare time I'd like to practice other martial arts aswell that focuses more on close contact as in throws and locks but at the moment no can do.
