Hi does anyone know if Brabus is owned fully by Mercedes or not. I have a Brabus and the prices they charge for taking standard merc parts and re-doing them are astronomical. No complains.. but in terms of performance, does a brabus compare with a AMG?

Any answers welcome
Thanks

Yes,i think they owned the Brabus-something like 80% mercedes and 20% Brabus
like the FAB Design but not kleemann-
btw,do you know the fab design?

To my knowledge Brabus is fully independent from MB. They have joined forces with Smart, but that's a separate company.

Yes Wouter i think you are correct. Brabus is a fully independent tuner just like Lingenfelter(Corvette), Hennessey(Viper), Carlton(MB) and Gemballa(Porsche). As the other tuners i listed they specialize in one particulat brand of cars.
