Has there even been a road test of this car yet? If not, then it's obviously overrated. I'll still go with the McLaren.

This is without a doubt an amazing car, and its an especially rare treat for the (very) rich supercar enthusiast. Apperently its actually quite reliable, and very drivable even at low speeds. It doesn't at all seem like the savage beast that many people first expected it to be...

there r not even 20 of those on the road yet(one was in gumball 3000) and anyway for all those americanos and left-hand drivers, they're only in right-hand drive. And another point, it's more expensive then an enzo

It goes for 400k dollars and are both right and left hand drive. Ultimatecarpage.com had an exclusive interview with Christian von Koenigsegg which you can find here: http://www.ultimatecarpage.com/frame.mv?file=Features/koenigsegg.html

its realible because it uses a tuned mustang engine and not its own..........................i think

and another one but i think yugo with a 2 liter turbo engine from lancia delta hf integrale with maserati carburator goes better

shame americans have no clue

All they can do is throw a huge engine in a dorky looking child like concept car and hope no one notices it cant handle or will ever sell more that 2 models, one for the lame creator and the other for the crap museum.

Kudosdude

Who says it doesn't handle well. All the reviews I have read said its' handling is excellent. I'm not sure of the numbers produced . . . but I can assure you it is more than 2.

What's wrong with sticking a big engine in the back. Show me a recent small engined ferrari . . . how big is the Enzo engine, and how much horsepower does it have?

I actually think this car is fantastic and I wish the company every success.

Well guys, according to TopGear the car couldn't beat Mclaren's 3.2 secs nor the Caterham 500 3.5 secs best 0-60 mph times as it took 3.8 secs;It is above 100 mph that this bird spreads wings.

http://www.topgear.com/content/news/stories/452/bigImages/img01.gif http://www.topgear.com/content/news/stories/452/bigImages/img02.gif

0-70 - 4.5 **

0-150 - 16.6*

Standing quarter mile - 11.9***

30-70 thru gears - 2.6*

* fastest ever tested by Top Gear

dunno...i've hear 3.0 s for 0-60....(naught to sixty for the brits)....i've seen the video for top gear. Alright looking, but i thought the invisible a(?) pillar went out in the 80's. I hate the look of the black bar there when the rest of the car is another color like red.

also...the whole idea of the car being a convertable roadster....doesn't that SERIOUSLY detract from it's stiffness? I may be wrong, but I always thought a real roof was the best way to acheive superior performance.

Probably just british propaganda to try and protect their sacred F1.

Really I have no idea though, I'm just joking.
