Your 3 favorite super cars

Hi guys, I was just wondering what are your 3 favorite super cars and maybe a short reason why. I'm especally concerned by grading them "look-wise: Mine are (in no particular order)
Maserati MC12 Stradale (Mostly because it just looks so INCREDIBLY good)
Ferrari F50/ Enzo (I can't choose, both are just so spectacular)
LAmborghini Diablo SV (around 2000) (For me these are just "wow" that's all i can say )

I would say:

1. Maserati 3200 GT.. it's not the fastest, it's not new but it so damn beautiful
2. Definitively the Koenigsegg CCR… why… well its just because this Swedish beast (806 bhp) is stylish and yet so brutally beautiful
3. finally a Ferrari… my pick...the 550 Barchetta Pininfarina… with this one I think no explanation is needed.

no way the a Maserati at no.1 but it has to be the mc12 Stradale.
No. 2 has to be the bugatti veyron and No. 3 altho it was neva made the tvr speed 12 has to be in there at some point. but the koeningsegg ccr is a close 4th :p

Mclaren F1- it's imply the best car ever, carbon fiber everything, 627hp, and under 2500lbs.

Lancia Stratos- one of the best looking cars ever and you can take it in the dirt.

Jaguar XJ13- because it's the XJ-13

#1 Aston Martin DB7 GT - Just look at it...
#2 Noble M12 GTO - Dunno why I love this car so much.. just looks so purposeful :cool:
#3 MG SV - Looks way cool, great chassis, and a Ford Cobra (I think) V8 lump. What more does a man need? :D

And just below these are various assorted other Astons (V8 Vantage par example... handbuilt V8 with twin superchargers, pumping out 550bhp. w00tz0rz), TVRs, and a Ferrari or two for good measure :)

3. Kia Sorento - there are simply only two supercars

2. Lamborghini Countach SE 25 (a classic supercar of the past, and one of the only good-looking cars to come out of the 80's)

Why do people think this??? NOT TRUE, the Enzo is not the F60. The F60 is scheduled to debut in 2007.

1. Ferrari F40- its raw, purpose built road going race car.
2. Alfa Romeo 8C Competizione- an absolutely beautiful car.
3. Ford GT- 5.4 liter supercharged V8, it's a thing of beauty.

1) McLaren F1. Nothing else has taken the ideals of the supercar world as far as it has. In over a decade, advancing technologies still have yet to provide a worthy usurper.

2) Koenigsegg CC-R. I used to spend time trying to decide what would come in second on my list of supercars, and the CC was one of my choices. With the introduction of the CC-R, I knew it would be the one to fill the spot.

3) Can't decide. I've forced myself to choose both the Ferrari F50 and the Pagani Zonda C12 7.3. There's so many to choose from!

I believe the paparazzi were hounding Ferrari and thought they were workin on the F60, but were really making the Enzo. Ferrari may still make an F60. It's just a name after all. They can call future models anything they want.

all i know is the development name of the Enzo was the FX, everyone thought it would be called the F60, the development cars ferrari put rear spoilers and pop up headlights on as well as the usuall black cladding on the exterior

1st place to the Koenigsegg CC-R, I've loved the CC8s for a while, the introduction of the CC-R proves that there are times when perfection can be improved upon.

2nd place to the McLaren F1, light, powerful, fast, and its limited production all combine to give it an exclusivity few cars can match.

3rd place to the Lamborghini Countach, still the car that to me is synonymous with the word supercar - a fast, powerful car with one of the most timeless designs ever (IMHO).

Not making this up, at this point in time Ferrari is planning to build an F60.

3. Hard to pick a third... '70 Chevelle SS 454 LS6, '70 Buick GSX 455, '68 428 Cobra-Jet Mustang, '70 Plymouth Hemicuda, '69 Dodge Hemi Charger, '69 440-6 pack Dodge Super Bee, '62-'63 Max Wedge Mopar, etc.
I would probably pick the 454 Chev or 455 Buick- they have so much low-end torque, all you have to do is look at the gas pedal and the rear tires start spinning. Fun stuff!

Mclaren F1 - I just can't stop looking at it. I was transfixed by the Evo article. It really is the best car ever.
If I had one - I would spend half the time driving it, the other half looking at it, it wouldn't be in a garage, it would be in the lounge - were most people put their television.
