they've got bunch of pics of each race in very very hi res
you must register to obtain access but it's not that hard

There's some in the Matt's hi-res hide-out, the search function is handy in finding them. With a quick search I didn't find Red Bull F1 though.

for the rest just look on the f1-teams websites and/or press sites. It's not that hard to get acces as you might expect. Only Sauber gave me some problems :)
