I cant post a private message

I'm logged in and cant post a private message.
I get the message that or i'm not logged in, or a moderator blocks my account, etc.
And to tell you the truth, its getting really annoying.

Why? I did nothing wrong, the user i am trying to message is online (according to the site) Why? And why me?

Are there more with this problem?

I cant contact a moderator too. If a window with this message pops up and i want too inform a moderator about it. Click that button and...........

Nothing happens exept a notification like operation timed out, site dont exists anymore, etc.

Grrr...anoying sh*.! Euhh... This really pisses me off you know.

I just want to be able to post messages and these kind of things.

You might want to clear your cookies and re-login. If that doesn't work could you tell me what OS/browser combi you are running?

Ok, full specs:

Pentium 4 1.7Ghz
256 Mb SDRAM
1024/320 ADSL
Cookies cleaned manually (like every day)

I run internet in Mozilla 1.4 Additional info: (Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.4) Gecko/20030624)

I dont have problems with other sites.
I really dont know why it doesnt work.
