On some of the pictures, the car's registration begins with with “MH”, so I'd say Maharashtra, probably in and around Bombay/Mumbai.

i guess since it's India... most of the cars on their roads are indian cars, so whatever car is imported can be considered an exotic... *shrugs*

And yeah, Ferrer is probably right. I was going just by the thumbnail where the DTM-style wheels look pretty snazzy.
