Hi everyone, I'm new here and thought I'd post some pics of my ride - a 1994 BMW 320i. Name's Vincent and I'm from Melbourne :)

I bought it 2 years ago for 26K but since then probably thrown another 5 or 6 on top of it.

such as...

18" Lenso wheels and tyres ($2,800),
Bilstein suspension ($1800)
Stereo ($2,200)
Variouis other bits and pieces such as angel eyes, M5 lip spoiler, Rieger eyelids, various AC Schnitzer interior bits and pieces ($700 approx)

I just realised that totals over 7K. I need to stop spending money.

And yeah, I'm up for the ownership challenge :) I'll try get a pic up sometime tonight.

Don't be so sad, You get 3000 Bolivares for 1 American Dollar in my country, and it's getting worse every day.

So he paid about 19,000 US Dollars for that car right?

that sounds like a fairly resonable price then, my dad payed $60K for an E36 M3 a couple of months ago

About that. And I know it seems expensive because you can get an M3 in the US for that price, but in Australia, cars such as these are very highly priced, mainly due to taxes.

60K is about right for a decent M3 :) Got any pics?

unfortunately no, at least not yet. its a 1996 3.2L coupe with the optional rear spoiler and 17's and when my dad bought it it had i think 17,000km's on it so it had barely been driven, but i think the guy was askign about $65-$70K for it but he accepted $60K
