Well, I tried. It's my first shot and I don't think it came out too well... :(
But you can see it in the attachments. (hopefully it worked, my first attachment ;) )

Comments and suggestions please. :)

EDIT: whoops png doesn't work......so GIF...... ;)

EDIT 2: It still doesn't work....I'll just "attach it to this post" (hope it doesn't bother you guys)

yeah ithink that he has tried to use the photoshop bible... it aint that bad in some parts, the thing that i did wwhen i did my first chop using the bible was not to post it, try the things a few times to get it ok then post it. :p

Try jpeg and choose the compression at the point where you can just notice the difference and take 5 away :)
