the reason that i don't log on as much is because i am in Asia, and the only computers are at hotels and i can't always get on.
Fortunatly, ultimatecarpage.com is not banned by the communist Chinese government yet. in other words, there may or may not be pictures of stuff i got using a cheapo digital camera.
so, i have visited the following cities
Bejing
Nanjing
Suzhou
Shanghai
Guangzhou
Hanzhou
Hong Kong
The Great Wall of China
Forbidden City
Dr. Sun-Yatsen's mausoleum in Nanjing
Various markets
other sites
other mausoleums
other shows
stuff i didn't really give a shit about

The license plates reflects the area that the cars come from.

the foreign makes in China
Nanjing Iveco
Brilliance BMW
Shanghai GM
Beijing Hyundai
Shanghai VW
Guangzhou Honda
??? Ford
Dongfeng Nissan
Tianqi Toyota(not very sure on this one)
Mercedes Benz-no chinese in front of this baby
Dongfeng Peugeot
??? Renault
??? Citroen
shanghai Mazda-not very sure of this one either

The most popular cars of china
Black Audi A6's (at least 3 in the hotel parking lot)
Local made cars
VW Passat
VW Santana/Santana 2000/Santana 3000/Bora/Jetta CiF
Buick GLB (Chevrolet Venture with Buick badge)
Shanghai GM made cars
Fiat Palio
Ford Mondeo
Nissan Tiida
Nissan Teana
Hyundai Sonata

The only trouble i had with pictures was that the hotel staff in Bejing thought i was doing something odd.

Driving style
People here in China tend to drive like there's no tomorrow, cutting off people, parking on sidewalks, speeding, driving like bastards, but people in Guangzhou and Hong Kong tend to follow the driving laws

Haha, it's cool that you went on vacation to China. Yes, the people in China are very, very bad drivers. Hong Kong is different. I have yet to go to China but Hong Kong is nice, if it wasn't so damn humid. ;)

The ZX was very popular as a taxi, and the nice thing about the taxis is the that the driver sits surrounded by a cage....no passenger, even the one on the front seat can touch him..

You're screwed if he has a heart attack while driving.

The Beijing Sonatas don't have the cage and some other taxis don't have them such as the Jettas and Santanas
