That looks like the Nardo concept. I dunno if I'm right though.

First came the W12 Syncro Concept (yellow Coupe), than this one (W12 Roadster Concept in red) and then the Nardo W12 Concept, which was built twice at least (one red showcar and one unpainted bare carbon fibre testcar which they used in Nardo).
