A few drivers from NASCAR can actually drive cars VERY well, including: Jeff Gordon, Tony Stewart, Robby Gordon, Boris Said, Terry Labonte, Mark Martin, etc.

Not really. I could understand if he was moving down to ChampCar or something, but this is NASCAR, with real clutch pedals, a stick-shifter, and high-speed left turns. JPM will probably be skilled, but he's not going to run the field in his first year. Plus, a lot of it has to do with how good of a car you have.

Hell, you could put Michael Schumacher in a Super Aguri and he'll finish last every time, and vice-verca.
