Oh the Humanity!

http://www.motorauthority.com/cars/ferrari/another-enzo-bites-the-dust/

Likely the most well known Ferrari Enzo in the world other then the new P4/5, Richard Losee, the famous guy who let Road and Track use his car for high mileage testing, crashed his gorgeous custom T-Top Enzo on a Highway during a specialized Law abiding street race.

We will all bow down for a moment and remember this great piece of art.

Didn't UCP know of its existence only this week? And it gets wrecked already... I am not a fan of stupid rich people, honestly.

The guy crashed doing only 100mph. In a supercar that's cruising speed, how pathetic.

Fingers crossed he had actually only just started accelerating and he was accelerating so fast, he didn't notice the huge mountain was infront of him and it was too late to brake. Yes, no?

Yeah I've done 100 mph in my car, and it's no problem... I wonder what happened...

I wouldn't call him stupid. He used the Enzo in a road rally and at a Road America once.

Have you ever unloaded the suspension at 100mph and tried to steer or control the car?

Yes, it is a crime that this totally unique and un-replicatable car has been destroyed.

Oh, wait, they swapped some doors.

And, yes, what an idiot the guy is for crashing at 100mph in an Enzo.

Didn't he know that it is impossible to crash a Ferrari?

I mean, look at the best driver in the world, driving the best Ferrari in the world - Schumacher never crashes!

Wow, this is what, the fourth or fifth thread about this exact same wreck in the past two weeks? Impressive . . .

Better it be used and destroyed than resting in a carpeted garage.

He didn't crash in a picture, he crashed in a car.

All he did was swap some doors with ones he hack sawed the top off of, I'd hardly call that a

gorgeous custom T-Top Enzo or a
great piece of art :D

Does it void his warranty if he made it a targa?

I'd guess that if, for instance, the gearbox failed, they would have a hard time tying to convince anyone that it could be due to the doors.

If, however, as a result of the modifications, he had died horribly in the crash I don't think they would be very amused.

I suppose it depends on whether Ferrari gave any advice or recommendations on the modifications before they were carried out, or whether it was done without their knowledge or input.

You've obviously never read the R&T article. It states exactly the opposite of what you just said. Although I lost the magazine due to a flood a while back, I do believe I remember the quote, "I intend to use this car as a car. Not something to hang on my wall. A Ferrari is meant to be driven, and that's what I'll do with mine."

No it did not void the warranty. The car was taken directly to the Ferrari Factory in Maranello to be transformed into a T-Top.

And it is still a special Enzo. There was only one T-Top Enzo, and if Werty was to see this he'd cry.

You said the same thing Rock did.

Rock was technically saying it was better this car be used as a car and end its death in an accident than sit in a garage. Your quote said the SAME thing.
