I'm gonna go out on a limb here and suggest it probably wasn't recorded. If something like that is not on youtube or google video, it's just about certain not to exist.

I can't be bothered looking now, but there is footage of it in the Gumball 3000 movie. Search google for it and I am sure you will find it.

Are you sure there is a video of that guy who got clocked in texas. I'm pretty sure it would've just been a low quality photo of the license plate or something of that sort.
