nope...something that is IN SERVICE and no...the Charger is not out yet and the Hummer is a lame ripoff.

Second, I believe there are about a dozen or so Chargers running in the NYPD.

That car reminds me of the one the Stig used in that episode where they tried to outrun him in a sub1000 van.

We dont get many Astra panda cars down here in Cornwall, they're almost all Focai, nearly all of which are now the mkII Focus

Here it's mainly Vauxhalls.
Does anyone know if they're at all better than regular Astra diesels?

NYC has 15 Chargers in service. 10 hemi 5 w/o in the blue and white scheme. i havn't seen it yet. and i hear we have some impala SS's we have the new impala's now though.

I saw a Charger a few days ago with the police package. It was black, non-Hemi. But that push bar on the front with the dog dish wheels looks downright nasty!

I saw some new Impala SS police cars just outside of Laguna Seca, and guess who got caught speeding.........a Diablo VT. :D

there's an evo VI police car round here somewhere apparently (thats just north of london), and i heard they use VIII's and IX's as undercover cars on the M25 from a friendly policeman at excel.
also i met a guy at ultimate street car (basically a chav weekend by a drag strip) who was a friend of a friend, his bright green golf VR6 (named shrek) ran a 12 second quarter mile... i asked him how he could pay for something like that, and he said- 'the police paid for it', because apparently he and his mate with a similarly quick corrado G60 are used to fish for racers. or so the legend goes, anyway.
oh and i like the note on the rear bumper of the rice cop car- 'this vehicle was seized from a local drug dealer'
