He's just "advertising" vehicles from a dealership. This is the 3rd car I've seen him post pics of, at/near the same building.

This photo is outside Lambo Sydney, the photos he posted of the Bentley were outsdie Bentley Sydney (about 15km away) and the photos he posted of the Merc were at Olympic Park (another 10km past Bentley Syd).
