Two Ferrari questions

Hello all!
the first question: can anyone explain me what is this Ferrari? the front is very similar to the 330 GT Michelotti but the rear windows is more like a Fiat Dino Coupe...
any knows this car? thanks in advance

It's based on the 360/testerossa.. Seen one before not all that..

Ok thanks all. In the first only the logo is 'Ferrari', I also suspect before...;)
but the second... yes, I have a little memory about a '360', base, but no more... what kind of transformation? a racing car? a prototype? (I thinks is not a 'Testarossa', the chassis of the pic's car is too short) :confused:

Definitely a custom interior too. Personally I think it's based on a 348TS.

:o I found a forgotten folder in my pic's jungle... it's called "Ferrari 408 Stradalle" (base Testarossa chassis... :o )... (not the "408 Integralle, the uggly 4x4 of Maranello) and found other pic's. Look:
