Meh - us British know how to queue better than they do ... would've been 98% shorter if it has British people in. We don't make the mistake of thinking the Ipod is actually any good.

You know the first thing I thought when I saw the thread title?

Cocaine.

And the iPod is OK... in all fairness... I've never had problems with mine!

I thought this thread was gonna be about the awesome little online game "Linerider" - http://www.deviantart.com/deviation/40255643/

It's gotta be one of the most addictive little programs I've ever come across, and you can do some amazing things with it, just check this out - http://youtube.com/watch?v=GD9DSa3fZf4

There are hundreds of vids like that on Youtube, some people must have WAY too much time on their hands! :p

sheesh not that impressive, in poland 20 years ago there used to be queues lasting more than two days for basic every-day articles, think of that

Seing as each shop is only getting a max of 16 PS3s (most only getting about 4 now) ... not very long at all.

Yes, that is ONLY in America. We don't even get that many in Europe.

I would understand the line because the Japanese love their technology.

Hmmm I've actually been to that store and it's big. It's 3-4 floors and it's in the middle of nowhere in Ginza. I stumbled upon it by mistake.

Well imagine a certain pope has been elected. The acces roads are 50 + meters wide and there are 3 of them (1 is 100m wide). Then imagine the same length of the que but that wide ! I have been in one, almost at front and was almost crushed by the oncoming mass. We couldnt move further but thousands of people were pushing forward... Thankfully i got out alive and witnessed the most amazing thing ever together with 1.5 million people on a square :D

Two days earlier there was just a three hour que for the Vatican Musea,i was in too :( But the unique stuff we saw was worth it,apparently some of the things are displayed just once a year, and i saw it :p

Yes, that's why I said we don't even get that much (duh moment anyone?). I don't want a PS3 anyway ... you wait and see what happens when the few, few people get theirs, own it for a week and then send it back due to component failure. Mark my words.

That's not the way I interpreted your post. By saying that you didn't even get that much you still implied were getting some. ;)
