I feel smxi deserves a nomination for something - he's like Piacki_117 for ordinary cars :).

And then there's this from the Volkswagen Corrado thread in the Hide-Out, when Matt mentioned the car's driver looked a bit angry:
"Here is the thing: I was in the back seat of SUV with tinted windows, suddenly window opens and long lens sticks out, who would be happy?"

I dunno about general photography, but just the sheer number (guess he lives in a good area) and pure quality of his auto photos - has to be Piacki. Manages to catch some stellar angles....
