... that I'd take the Corrado over the 360?

A 15 year old FWD sports coupe over a relatively new mid-engined super sports car. Am I crazy?

Discuss.

THAT corrado? most definately. those wheels = Teh Sux0rs.

Nice colour though.

Wheels can be changed in 20 minutes with hand tools. :)

IBrake4Rainbows

any engine modifications?

i don't think that ones a 1.8t, btw - it's likely to be a VR6. which > 1.8t's :p

I have no idea, actually. I was just going through some pictures in my VW folder, and happened across this one. I'm not specifically talking about either of the cars pictured, either. Just in general, I'd rather have a Corrado than a 360.

The sad thing is......I'm inclined to agree.

Considering my status I'd probably rather enjoy (and live with) the comparitively modest financial impost posed by even the worst Corrado, than bear an exhorbi-car 360

IBrake4Rainbows

^ my thoughts exactly.

That and I don't want to look like a Tool.

If you drive a Corrado, you can generally park it safe in the knowledge that you won't come back to find it vandalised/crashed into/gone :p

I also think it's a better design. But I am crazy.

i will take the 360. fang it for two and a half weeks, then sell it on.

token "but you could sell the 360 and buy 3 corrado's and a garage!11!!!' post.
i have to say, the 360 is not my favourite ferrari by a long shot, and insurance is available for a corrado driver of, say, my age :D

You need help. And for the kind of car, the Corrado wouldn't be my choice.

There's nothing to discuss. You are crazy. You are a threat to our civilization. You are a blasphemous sinner and a disgrace to the human race. You should die. And then die again. Just to be sure...

I'd also take the Corrado... it would go well with my f430 =)

Yes, regardless of the question/situation.

The difference between them, is that you would somehow or rather "REGRETED" you did not picked the 360.

OR

You would somehow, once in a bluemoon, "WONDERED" what it felts like when people are criticising you for being an idiot.

I would pick a RS4 B5 compared to a 360/430

If I wanted the Corrado I'd take the Ferrari, then sell it and then buy the VW.

Insurance and maintenance would be much less with the VW I assume. The Corrado could be more fun too since you don't really need to worry about expensive parts if you bang it up or hit something on a track.

Your not crazy quiggs, just a little F'd up. :D

i love ths corrado... i don't like the 360 that much, or the new 430, but i dunno... Ferrari's just don't interest me. As long as the Corrado was good to drive (my uncle had one but i never knew if it was good)

He had one, but I'm pretty sure that one isn't his. He had different wheels on his, and I'm pretty sure I got that picture off the Vortex.

no offence quiggs

hell yeah... its not so much that i am a mini guy, its that i am a member of the mini family. its similar to the jeep culture in that way. but i havent seen it in any other cars besides those. its great, you go to an autox, and you can drive up to the herd of minis and they take you in. everytime you pass one, you wave. its very cool.

I get waves all the time from VW guys, especially the older gens (Mk1-3). Just the majority of Mk4 drivers are oblivious, and MK5 drivers are all 40+ years old.

They're mostly high school kids whose mommy and daddy bought it for them, and their first mods consist of "Kicker amps, headlight eyebrows, and underdash LED's."
