Golf IV Vs Golf V, which one do you like better?

As many people, I Have been quite surprised to see the face of the new Volkswagen V , actually I don't like it, and a lot of other persons around me don't either.
Which one do you like???.
I am an owner of Golf IV, and I think it is not this that drives my preference ...

they both look good to me, but i think the 5 generatino has more potential to look great

At first I didn't like it, like most people I thought it looked to much like a Polo.
But now it's starting to look better, anyway, I'm beginning to appreciate the car.

But compared to the Golf IV (R32)...I don't know...the R32 looks so good. But lets see what the new GTI will look like.

Has anyone seen the rear end of the latest one? I saw it the other day and its so boring! I wondered why i didn't notice it in the adverts on TV but if you watch you never get to see the rear end.

I don't like the back of the V, the front looks good. The V is also a bit to round, it's not as fat as the IV

The IV is the one I would take, I like its looks better. But I saw the interior of the new one and looks very nice, definetly improved.

But I'll stay with the IV ;)

I can't stand the IV, there are just SO many of them everywhere.

I'm not really a fan of either. I don't like the taillights on the IV's, and the V is starting to look more and more like a Honda Civic Si...

yeah but you are showing the R32 and the plain old golf together, the Golf V GTI will look a lot better than the 4 door version.

the IV is overly common, and i think the V is starting to look like the civic, like Quiggs said. I'de take the IV if I had to take one.
